SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE: Maintenance: Advance Maintenance will offer you a full service on all types of fire detection systems and extinguishing equipment. We can also maintain and service most types of sound systems and CCTV systems subject to a survey. All contract customers are given our 24-hour answering service number, which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Our engineers' response time is typically within the hour, an engineer will ring the originator of the emergency call out and advise of his time of arrival and any immediate action that can be taken by the client. We are usually on site anywhere in the UK within 4 hours to attend to the fault call out. Service: After the system provided by Advance Specialist Maintenance Ltd has been fully tested and commissioned, we provide full user instructions on the system and complete documentation with concise operating instructions. A maintenance contract is always offered at this point, providing complete after sales care.
